as Supplier, and the procurer, as Buyer in the sense of conditions below:
The Supplier is obliged to pass by courier service the products choosed by the Buyer at the order-form to the given adress. As long as the fulfillment of the contract is set back because of any reason , the Supplier have to contact the procurer per e-mail or fax to discuss what to do.
The system of pragailatszereszet.hu can collect data about activities of users, which cannot be connected neither with other data given at the registration., nor with data which arose by using of other sites.
The Buyer is bound to take over the products marked at the order-form and been delivered to the given adress, furthermore he have to pay the price - which contains packing and delivery costs as well - quoted by the Supplier on the confirmation. The cost must be paid for the courier in cash.
