IMPORTANT!

Following prices and conditions are valid only inside the territory of Hungary! When you want to get delivered your parcel abroad, you have to contact us by all means before placing your order! Collect on Delivery is also possible within Hungary's borders. Our foreign procurers can choose only between paying by creditcard or by wire.

Home delivery

We undertake home delivery in whole Hungary. Our partners are GLS and Sprinter parcel service providers, which present reliable parcel delivery services of high quality.

Delivery and packing costs

Packing is free of charge in all cases!
Charge in the case of COD: 1500 HUF/parcel
Charge in the case of paying by creditcard: 1000 HUF/parcel
When ordering, please give an adress, which is available weekdays between 10:00 and 17:00! When the delivery-man won't find you at the given adress, he leaves an advice note. On the base of this you can phone for a second delivery. When you - in spite of the advice note - won't search for the parcel, a re-delivery won't be possible.

We try to pass the ordered product to you in three workdays as far as possible. If we think, that of any reason we can deliver later, we'll inform you per e-mail. If you have extra wishes in connection with the order or with the delivery, please write it at order in the note heading.
The courier try to call our buyer when they deliver the parcel, so at the order please give a direct mobile number. For the sake of fast delivery, please give your adress very exact!

Packing

We pack the ordered products always very carefully, so that our procurer get the goods in perfect condition and without casualty.
Personal receipt of parcels
If you want to get your parcel not by courier service, but you want to receive it personally, you have the possibility for that in our shop in Szeged, Prágai Látszerészet, adress: Bartók Béla tér 11. at workdays between 9:30 and 17:30 (you have to make an appointment in advance!). Place of receipt can be choosen at the validation of your order. If so certainly you don't have to pay postage.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation of the order the government regulation including issues of contracts between absenter (17/1999, II.5) are normative. The Customer can cancel his order without offering any explanation within 8 days after getting the ordered products, when the character of the ordered and delivered product makes a returning possible or the product is not perishable. In that case GRoby is obliged to repay the value of the product returned completely, in intact package without damage latest within 30 days after returning. The Customer has to pay the costs of sending back the parcel.
