According to the Data Security Law (law LXIII. 1992) and the Direct Marketing Law (law CXIX. 1995) we inform our costumers, that by ordering at our webshop, as our client you indorse, that Prágai Látszerészet, as data manager stores and uses visitor's data (name, adress, telephon number, fax, e-mail adress) to carry out orders, and send offers. Your supplying of data is voluntary. Your data will be treated in our data base for 5 years. With the registration you contribute automatically to data management such the way above.

The seller stores the necessary data in his electronic system, treats them as confidental, and uses solely to carry out orders, send newsletters, and create comprehensive statistic analyses. Prágai Látszerészet won't forward customers data to third person, except when the third person is the sellers contractional partner - courier service - and it is necessary to forward data to accomplish the contract between seller and buyer. Furthermore it is an exception, when the buyer with his declaration empowers the seller to forward data, or if its required by law or authorities.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF IMAGES - COPYRIGHT

Exclusive owner of images visualised on www.pragailatszereszet.hu is Prágai Látszerészet. Printed or digital publishing of these images is possible only when you obtained a written permission from Prágai Látszerészet. Prágai Látszerészet entitles exlusively its commercial partners to use the images, and only in digital form. This right can't be forward to third person. The right of common of images ends, when the trader sold all the commandities buyed from Prágai Látszerészet.
The trader entitled to use the images cant't modify the photos!
